Bought full new house gutters from Raintite in 2005, after estimate and agreement, they were out and finished within 2 weeks. They returned to make repairs after Ike, in 2008. We had to wait patiently after Ike of course, but work was completed well. Yesterday 8am "someone" backed into a downspout, crushing it. Thomas Mularski, the owner, called me back within 15 minutes of my message. Thomas showed up today at 12.45pm, and made a replacement/repair plus an additional needed repair. Fast, excellent, professional. Gutters aren't something that you would see as a repeat business, but Raintite gets better every year!
